I'm getting a day jump on T-Day. In the 5th wheel a small kitchen mess looks like a huge kitchen mess with all the potsNpans

So

I got the barn buzzard in the brine.

The briner is clean and ready.

Got the brine mixed yesterday and chilled all night. Ready for the dunk this morning.

Got my added water and cure being mixed.

Now add the cure water that has been mixed.

Lock it down fully submerged, put the lid on and add ice to the cooler.
