So wife loves jerky but don't like the house smelling like jerky so had to improvise. Opened wires garage door half way and placed at opening. The blankets help 2nd layer from wind and get up to temp. They also help hold the smoke in from the amazn tube. Top round soaked overnight in soy and water mixture seasoned with osgp blend and some red pepper flake.
