i'm buying & saving a lot of meats & everything else for our shindig in west virginia the 26-28th so i won't be smoking anything until then. thank god for leftovers,but thats not the same as the ritual of watching the tbs and stoking the pits. so i'll be living vicariously through you for the next week or so.
