Hello! I just wanted to drop back by. Its been years since I been on the board.
Anyways. I haven't smoked in a while. I had a Brinkmann SNP back in college (Go Pitt State!) and myself and my roommates usually had something smoking on it. Anyways I moved to Oklahoma about 5 years ago after I graduated and left the SNP at the family lake house on Grand Lake. Where it has been neglected ever since. I did buy a MES about a year ago and have been using here and there(sure is easy to use though
). I haven't used it in about 2 months(been on nutrisystem trying to lose weight) Anyways, I decided to throw a chicken on to smoke, and thought about you guys!
I'm heading back to the lake house this memorial day weekend, and will be trying to refurbish the the ol' SNP since we have some big get togethers planned this summer. Probably throw a fresh coat of high temp BBQ paint, and add a stack extension. I already installed a baffle and a seal around the lid when I first had it.
