Just add the hat and tail and skin of the onions you are going to peel. place on the coals or wood and just sit back and watch. It wont take long for people to be looking for the source! i almost had chickens stolen at the lake a couple of years ago. We came around the corner on the boat and there are at least 10 people standing around talking just off our campsite. They said if you were just 5 mins later it would have been gone!! One was the Park Ranger himself. He said you have the whole camp site smelling so good that everybody would stop him and ask about it, so he went looking for the source and here we came around the point back to the campsite! It was very funny at the time but I think the guy was serious about the chicken being gone!! Have fun and enjoy! Ken.

I do ,do that a lot , but even when I don't I have neighbors from all over comming over to talk me out of a sample...

, won't happen ...stay and visit and you may get a taste.

I so love to tease the folks around here , the guy across the street is always here and watches what I do , then goes back home and tries to get his Wife to get him a Smoker to do the things I do......,

I don't mind , he calls me over to have a burger now and then , and we talk smoke and pass the time with our drinks.

It's like the aroma permeates the whole town , especially down at the Bariatric Care Center. (it's to the South of me and the wind carries it right to them...) Those poor people , they get some exercise when I'm Smoking and actually follow the smoke to me and drool

I live 2 blocks from almost everything here in Gibsonburg , and when the Park is loaded with people , they all take my street to get out of the neighborhood , so they can see the source of the smell.

Yeah , it's a really good smell , and imparts a little of it's flavor on the meat too...

My neighbor has a small charcoal grill that when he uses it he carries out to the middle of his backyard with a water hose to cook a burger for him and his wife. It's like he thinks it's going to explode or something. I'm sure it drives him crazy when he sees my smoker 3 feet from my house smoking all day long.
