So during winter I keep my offsets in the shed and I go kettles and UDS under a canopy. I was thinking about a large wooden shed. Cut holes in the side for the exhaust of the smokers.....line the floor with metal plates and make sure it has some vet in the top. I am thinking these smokers would also keep me warm from the fireboxes. Is this a bad idea?
