IBBQ-4T disappears off app if I don't use it frequently.

Anyone else have the issue where its been a month since I've used it. I go to turn it on and put in meat and I'm left with having to reset it. I open the app on my phone, the app shows no devices on my account again, I have to then go through the pairing process again. This is the 4th time I've had to do this now since the new inkbird pro app was forced on me. I didn't have this "feature" when I used the old app as it stayed connected every time I used it. If someone has had this same issue and fixed it, please let me know.

I've had issue with overnight cooks and mis judging the amount of charcoal needed for it, I set an different probe to a minimum number that if it drops down past it alerts my phone so I wake up.

Nope I have the ibbq 4t and had no issues once paired. I agree though maybe tag the rep see what they say
