Some of these threads lately got me craving some bacon wrapped lil smokies.
Give those guys a bacon blanket.
Sprinkle brown sugar and sweet heat rub.
And into the pellet smoker at 350 for 30 minutes with apple pellets.

Used hot honey chipotle sauce for dipping. That took care of the itch I had!
 
Looks tasty! Amazing the amount of cravings a person gets around here. And usually the cheapest!
