I need a good pickled egg recipe

Is there any heating of the ingredients other than cooking the eggs or just throw everything in the jar and your done?

No heating required a 50% vinegar solution will preserve what ever is in there, nothing bad can grow with that much acid

I will definatley have to give your pickled egg recipe a try. I like you put the andoullie sausage in it. I will have to attempt the andoullie first. I have been looking at recipes and I think I found one. I like basic sausage recipes. Not ones with a gazillion ingredients.
