Well, what a wonderful morning here in MN. Woke up to another 8 to 10 inches of snow, 30 MPH wind and an eminent return of the polar vortex (weather speak forfreeze your a$$ off cold).

At this rate I'm wondering if I can turn my new smoker into a snow melting machine.

Will spring EVER arrive???

I'm with ya, brotha!   I fought back yesterday, and did some baby backs. Best batch I've ever made, and they actually taste better looking at all that disgusting blowing snow out there!!

Fire up that smoker!!  This crap won't melt till June anyways-
