I have contemplated that attachment also.Found this and just might have to get one!
that's pretty cool. I've had a devil of a time finding pork cutlets "cubed" to make about an 8" breaded tenderloin like we used to get in northern indiana. sure beats buying a commercial meat cuber, or begging our local meat cutters in Spanglish, to run cutlets through theirs, or beating it sensless with a meat mallet.I didn't know this attachment existed till just the other day.

Works great. Did a jaegerschnitzel with those pork cutlets. Very tender and cooked up nicely with my hunter sauceI'm considering one, please post a reviews when you receive it. It looks like it would be good for breaded tenderloin and schnitzel
I thinking of throwing away the meat pounder and Jacquard tenderizer. Thing works great!Very cool. I use a meat pounder and a Jaccard, but have a KA mixer. Hmmmm.
I was wondering how long it would take you to show up,I missed the boat on this. I bought Ann a Oyster stand mixer years ago. Which doesn't have a port for assy's. As much as I'm on gadget geek. I just can't get myself to buy one. Unless. Of course. Some sand got somehow in the gears........![]()
