Got a 10.5 pound butt saturday started it on my smoker around 6 sunday morning. Then after church got lazy and moved it to the oven reached 200 deg. at 9pm came out with right at 7 pounds of meat when finished. Also cheated and used my Kitchen Aid stand mixer with the beater attachment to shred it. Works great! The rub I used is a brown sugar rub with some other spices and instead of mustard I like to use maple syrup to help the rub stick. Also since man don't live by smoked pork only I had Rib Eyes for supper last night.
