Getting A bit of A late start on this Big Butt. All good though. More pics to follow. I used jeffs rub this time and may not foil for better bark. We shall see. There is quite A fat cap on this sucker and I didn't trim it so wish me luck.

This is the finished product. It fell apart when I took it out of the pan at 4am or so.....AWESOME!!! Thanks Jeff and all the other folks who help make this world tastier.
