In my short time here, I have begun to create one heck of a recipe book. I was going to name it Matt's badass BBQ book. I have accumulated many rubs, marinades, brines, side dishes and directions. Thanks to everyone who posts their secrets and specialties. I have given credit where credit is due also, using the original title/name for each recipe. Keep up the good work so I can cook it for myself and my family.
By the way...a special thanks to Dutch, and the wicked baked beans...made it yesterday. O yeah, amazing. Only difference was I substituted pineapple chunks for crushed pineapple and jalapeno peppers for fire roasted serrano peppers. It turned out really good and I recommend it to anyone.
