You could have just said "Butterflied"...... :) Sometime I do butterly it, sometimes I brine, sometimes I just split it, slap it on the barbie and baste it with butter. Im not tied down to one particilar way of cooking. Even when doing BCC I try different combinations of things. With beer or without, rub or no rub... etc., and to be honest I rarely do the same thing twice. I try nearly anything I come accross, and I like almost everything. It just depends what kind of mood Im in. Yesterday I was in the mood to cook with beer, and that Michelob Lager adds such a great flavor.
