I finally smell the smoke

Greetings to all !  My name is John and I live in Calaveras County, California  (Gold Country).  I've been wanting to smoke for a long time and finally bought a Masterbuilt 30" gas smoker.  Received it yesterday... assembled and conditioned and I'm smoking ribs today.   The forum has been a great help in beginning the journey!   Thanks to all.
