I finally finished my not so UDS

Start of the project.

Enlisted the wife to help with the fun part, eventually had it sandblasted.

The fire basket

I thought I was done in 2012, but then I tried to customize it and it fell into disrepair as seen in the far corner of the next picture.

Finally got tired of looking at it and finished my project.

Its just pine. I torched it before a couple coats of polycrylic.

She cooks great!! The only thing I still want to do is hinge the lid somehow.
