			I'm sorry that I don't have a bunch of photo's because I thought this would be like all the other rib smokes & not up to Judy's standards. I was wrong I finally got it right. Did some BB's on the WSM, changed everything I have been doing & came up with a freakin' winner. Judy loved them & so did I. I've only been trying to do this for about a million times. The smoke ring goes all the way through. There is no white meat anywhere in the ribs, it's all pink. They are very tender & moist but not totally falling apart. I documented every step & hopefully I can duplicate this again. I only took one photo of the ribs & you can see there is no white meat.
