I want to thank everyone for all the nice comments but I could never have pulled off that much in one day without all of you and SMF so THANKS for teaching me so much! And what I have planned for next weekend really could or would never be done without all of you so tune in for "The Pastrami Experiment". It should be fun!
 
Now those are some great smokes. How did you like the Bad Byrons Butt Rub? I liked it on butts and chicken but it is too salty for me on ribs.


Not sure how I liked it I got the 2 butts mixed up so I'm not sure which was which but they were both good. (note to self: next time mark them with that toothpick thing I saw last night)
