So I rubbed it with my spices overnight in the fridge ..didn't inject ..will next time for some extra flavor .... and in the MES30 it went

LOOK !!!! I remembered foil at the bottom this time :)
I have this problem ...I can never just smoke one kind of meat at a time ..so in went some fresh Italian Sausage (Sigh ..store bought)
Can I even tell you how good they were ...its like all the flavor just consecrated in them ..and talk about a snap when ya bite..
un wrapped rested for a 90 minutes or so .. .. Hey ..who stole that piece of bark :)
Dinner is served ...one has plain NC BBQ sauce and one had Wango Tango on it

Can a dog get brain freeze :)
Gunna have it for supper again tonight ...then freeze some of it in freezer bags ...man that was good stuff
