Hey everyone, New guy on the forum here. I am an engineer and live in central Minnesota. I have 15 years of grilling experience. Probably about the same amount of smoking experience. I stumbled across this site a few months back and have been reading and getting ideas since. I have now upgraded my smoker and ability to smoke anything and everything at what ever temp I want to smoke at. After years of struggling to control temp and smoke levels I am now set up thanks to a bunch of ideas on this site. The wife is less excited than I about the refound hobby, thus my user name. Glad to be here.
