Hey fellow smokers! I am Adam, I used to be a very active member many years ago but haven’t logged on in While but haven’t stopped smoking. Unfortunately I can’t remember which email I used on my original account. Glad to be back. The rigs I produce on is RecTec700, Hasty Bake Legacy131, a vertical gas chamber, and a custom built 20” x 48” stick burner. Currently have a 12lbs packer and a 8lbs pork butt on the RecTec as I am typing this. Looking forward to seeing what’s new on the forum and continue learning how to become a pit master.
