Hello everyone! Very excited to have found this forum.my name is mac, and I live in maryville, tn. I've been smoking for about a year and a half. Right now, I'm using a propane Smoky Mountain Great Outdoors cabinet smoker. I'd love to move up to something a bit more significant, but it's where I am for now.
