My name is John and I am currently in Little Rock, Ar.  Currently I am in the USAF, and on my last deployment I was sick for 3 weeks and all I was thinking about were succulent meats roasting over an open flame.... I couldn't eat at all. So, I bought a Grill Dome XL, and just started doing research for when I got home.

I've been around food all my life, and it's something I've always been decent at, and lately have become very passionate about.  (this makes my girlfriend very happy lol)

So, I don't know why I registered on this website, but it looks legit (maybe it was chef jimmy J's As Jus recipe... I am gonna smoke a roast tomorrow.) Regardless, I have been all over the internet doing research, and now here I am.

Now, I am gonna take the mess of info in my head and experiment away.  Sometimes, it might not work out, but hopefully I'll have some fun and learn some stuff.

Anyways I'm rambling, time for some pics

!
Grill after I unpacked it. Really heavy...

First thing on it, baby backs...

Before Roast chicken...

Gonna do a Roast and maybe some other stuff this weekend.

Anyway, bye :D
