Hello!

My name is Perry and I'm from Northern Louisiana. I'm very, very new to smoking so I joined this forum hopefully to fill my mind and belly with some great recipes, methods, etc. I just bought a new Char-Griller 5050 with the SFB and I'm itching to start modding! I made a charcoal basket today out of expanded metal which turned out pretty good. I'm really looking forward to some great ideas from you seasoned smokers out there!
