Howdy I'm Tim and I smoke stuff.

This is my smoker and I really have no idea what I'm doing 1/2 the time :)

So far I've done a Chicken or two, Wild goose and Wild turkey.

 Today I'm doing a couple pounds of trout. Crossing fingers..
