Hello,

I have been using pellet smokers for the past 6 years or so and wanting to get into smoking the sausage I have been making.  I live in Roseville Mn and currently have a Memphis Elite Pellet Grill.  I enjoy Q / smoked meat and look forward to talking to everyone.
