Name's Jim. Brand new to smoking, I DO have a lot of experience eating it though. I've got a Chargriller side by side (?) that I grill on all the time but never used the smoke box. I've been wanting to get started smoking for a long time, I just hardly ever have a whole day free to smoke a good pork shoulder or what not. Great site. -Jim
