Hello all,

I'm a 53 year old retiree (well semi retired) and I've been smokin for a few years.

I wouldn't say I'm as good as most of ya'll.  I don't do it as much as I'd like to.

I intend on smoikin and BBQ'n a bunch here soon and canning much of it.

So I'm kinda interested in half smokin and the reast of the cooking process

in a pressure canner for storage.

I've got an Old Smokey Electric Smoker.  I like it becasue it's sealed tight and

being electric the heat is consistant.

I used ot make rubs from recipes.  I want to do some of that too.

I got this website from Eric.  He;s got pretty good set of recipes I plan in tryin out on here.

I'ma warnin ya all!!!    I'ma in here to high jack some recipes....... and cook em!!!!

LOLOL

I hope to learn from you good folks.
