Set your smoker's temp to 240 and do both at the same time.
Ball park estimate is around 3 to 4 hours for both.
Turkey breast internal temp needs to reach165 degrees.
Do NOT stuff the turkey breast with stuffing as it will not reach safe temp.
The spiral sliced ham is already cooked so you'll only need an internal temp of 140 degrees. You are just reheating it.
It would be a good idea to place the ham cut side down in roasting pan and add some liquid of your choosing to prevent the ham from drying out.
