Hello everyone! I have a BBQ competition coming up and I have to cook pork steak. Well, I have only done it twice and I'm positive it was nowhere near completion grade.. So my question is, can anyone help give me some tips on cooking a pork steak. Should I cook it like a pork chop or should I get it more tendered like a mothers lovin? lol. Also how should I arrange them in the turn-in box since I have to get 6 pieces in there and its a rather large cut of meat? Thanks everyone for the help!

The only Pork Steaks I have seen are Sliced Butt. Cooked like a Chop to 150, don't know if the Judges will eat Pink Pork, the meat is tender and juicy. Cook several and remove the nicest six portions...JJ
