I am planning on making some pulled pork for a birthday party. We will have about 18 people there. Does anyone know how much meat I will need for that many people? I have never made this before so it should be interesting to see how it turns out! Also, I am planning on using Jeff's Naked Rib Rub and Famous Barbeque Sauce. Will this work? I am pretty sure it can be used for more than just ribs but I am still pretty new to the whole smoking thing and wanted to make sure. Thanks!
