How much is too much??

Thinking about buying a Oklahoma Joe Longhorn this week. How many butts can I cook in it effectively??

I fit two in my OKjoe Highland, with plenty of room for a third or even fourth. Since the longhorn is bigger, you might be able to get five in there, if you have no mods done. You will want to rotate them every hour or so, to get an even smoke and that will increase your cook time.
