How much food

Anyone have a good rule of thumb for how many sandwiches you get per pound of pork butt?  I have about a 7 pound butt I'm going to smoke Saturday morning and want to make sure I have enough food for my guests.  Plus, leftovers aren't exactly a bad thing, right?

You lose around 50% cooking a butt shrinkage and waste so you should be close to 3.5 of finished meat. I would figure 4-6 ounces per sammich so 3.5 *16= 56 ounces of meat divided by 6 ounces =9 and 56*4=14 sammiches.
