How many times do you smoke with mes window smoker before cleaning window

First time I smoked I cleaned the window with ash, paper towel and water. Cleaned up easy.  I smoked 4 more times before cleaning and used same method. It was a bear to clean.

Every couple of smokes. I use a single edge razor blade in one of those holder thingy's. Takes about 5 min. Never wanted to clean it till I found out about the razor. Now it's a breeze to do so it gets done more ofter.

Yeah that is the only part of the smoker the wife cares about is that the window is clean so she takes care of that on every smoke and gets mad if I let it cool down before she cleans it.  lol

Ahhh!!  scrape while it is still warm!  How much residue do you get and how do you corral it?
