I am cooking a 14.5lb turkey today for trial run on my UDS today and I was wondering what you guys would say for an average on how long per lb of bird does it take to get this this thing cooked? I have made a few birds in the past on my smoker but I can't remember how long it took to cook them. I will be smoking them at around 275 degrees.
