my wife works at the commissary/catering place next door so i have food grade buckets comming out my butt..i also have access to their slicers grinders and packaging equipment and big industrial freezers, i do all their electrical work and snow plowing,

we also buy a lot thru their suppliers at greatly reduced prices, not too much for smoking but with the summer grilling coming up all i have to do when i come home from work is grab something and throw on the grill and i'm good to go

Thats' quite a resource you've got there! I've noticed a lot of places are getting there condiments in plastic bags these days - buckets are geting harder to come by for free.

i am hoping to brew a nut brown ale the first go around... i believe my first brew with be in a 5 gallon converted rubbermaid water cooler
