How did you find this place

I knew there was more to smoking meat than the pitiful job I was doing so google here I come. I lurked on several diffirent sites and SMF just seemed to STAND OUT. I think I made the right choice. I have learned soooo much it is unreal. Oh yeah, the people here are number 1. That makes the diffirence.

I was running a search for BBQ forums on yahoo groups. Found this group then the link to the forum.

The BBQ forum that I was a regular on for quite sometime had slowed down enough that my short attention span started kicking in and made me look around for yet another place to talk about Q and smoking.
