I got a new Smokin-It smoker size #3 and this was its maiden voyage after getting seasoned.

Wings went in partially frozen, no preheat on the unit with a combination of oak and hickory. Set to 250 and let it got for 1 hour 15 min.

Off to a sizzling hot grill to finish them up

Sauced and tossed and ready to eat, yes they were good. Served with Tator-Tots and spicy catsup

Now if I could just figure out how to rotate those pics.

You'll figure out the pic thing eventually. Looks like you already figured out the chicken thing ! Looks great ! What kind of sauce did you toss them in?

I went the lazy route with the sauce and used a Kroger brand of original flavored wing sauce, but we like it and that's what counts.

They looks great! Don't be ashamed. My favorite wing sauce is sold only at the Dollar Tree. It's so good and inexpensive. Embrace it!
