Hot Water Tank on Smoker

Not sure where this should go since it could work on any build.

Has anyone ever mounted a tank above the smoker body to hold/heat water for cleanup etc?

I've seen one, maybe two. The one I remember the best, looked a bit risky to me. The tank wasn't vented and looked to me like the possibility of pressure build-up could be a factor.

It's not a bad idea, but one would have to take precautions to ensure you wouldn't have any safety issues.
