I was happy also how tender it turned out and with the Soya sauce Mona wanted , it turned into a great glaze

i will do this again and a couple other ideas on a fast cooked ribs I have found by others that I will try to incorporate

They were wrapped with lots of soya sauce with the brown sugar, so more of a hot steam . No burn to the sugar
