My name is Chris and i live in Ontario, Canada. Homer is my hero / mentor! A couple of weekends ago I had smoked ribs off a Weber Smokey Mountain cooker. They were AWESOME and i decided I had to get into smoking! I picked up my first smoker this weekend. A 18.5" Master Chef from Canadian Tire! It's an entry level smoker but it had an entry level price tag as well. It's a vertical water bowl smoker with 2 cooking levels I've done ribs, a chicken, and some venison roasts in it now. They all turned out delicious but there is room for improvement. I'm hoping to pick up some more tips and tricks here!!
