Mangia, Mangia!!! That is how we eat in our house weekly.

I love making pasta, and we always have homemade pesto frozen in those large silicone ice cube trays, then vacuum sealed for future meals just thaw, add the cheese and pine nuts, and you're good to go. Growing up, we just called it green spaghetti and Nona, or Momma, would make it for us whenever we were hungry.

That is a great looking meal, perfect in my opinion.

Which type of flour did you use for your pasta?
Egg or no egg?
And what machine did you use? A Marcato Atlas150? I love mine, it's been handed down from my Nona, so it has to be 50-60 yrs old, it still works like a champ. They will last forever if you keep the gears lubed with food grade petroleum jelly.
