Fired her up for the first time to cook after the flood. Did a brisket and cheesy bacon garlic potatoes. Ran very good as expected and actually got done earlier that I thought it would. Didn’t get pics of the sliced point but the flat I did. Started early got up at 4:15am est. Overall very pleased with the cook good flavor. It was probe tender and sliced almost like butter so it was perfect I say.

Exactly what you were aiming for since the start of the build... Nice job..

I also have noticed that things seem to get done a little sooner than usual when I use the Tractor...

Thanks it worked well. I guess that’s what happens on a well built smoker. lol
