Has anyone tried using a rack of some sort to hold the cavity of a turkey breast open to get smoke inside the cavity?  I was thinking of using wire coat hangers bent into a "U" shape to prop the cavity open, and arranging the breast vertically to invite the smoke to flow through.

I have used a beer can 2/3 full of beer and assorted spices beneath an old style toaster for the campfire--works wonders!! and its guuud

Cut the bottom out of the can you smokr Her on, then a lot of smoke will go in the cavity. Set Brid and can in an Aluminum Pan with any Juices or Sprits you want in the Pan.
