These might be the BEST hickory smoked ribs in the state of Colorado. Incredibly tender, juicy and perfect hickory flavor. The brisket was ok, I prefer sliced brisket over chopped, but it wasn’t anything to complain about. The mac ‘n cheese had a little spicy kick to it and the fries were awesome! Finding properly smoked ribs in Colorado is a chore, but I hit the jackpot when I randomly selected Hogfish Smokehouse off of Google Maps. A++++ bbq. The taste left my tastebuds salivating for more. This is one customer that will definitely be returning for more! Service was also top notch.
