I tried a new place last night with a friend.
The restaurant was clean and had a nice rustic Colorado feel to it. The staff was super friendly and prompt. The bathrooms were clean and smelled fresh and nice.
Everything was delicious except the mac n cheese which had a peculiar taste to it that I didn't care for. We split an order of tater tots that were hot and fantastic as well. The smoked chicken was incredible. It was juicy and tender on the inside and the skin was perfectly crispy on the outside. The brisket had an amazing smoke ring and color to it, it was soooo tender, juicy and delightful. I was disappointed in the meager portions but that's my only complaint. The flavor in both the chicken and the brisket was amazing. The beans were very good. Everything was pipin' hot.
I will definitely be back. I don't know what the cost was as my friend bought dinner.
It'a nice to have another good smoked meat bbq place to go eat at.
The outcome of that smoked chicken is my next mission to get my smoked chicken to come out like that. My mouth is watering as we speak. I didn't even have any leftovers to bring home. I devoured everything but the mac and cheese.
