Well, I had some leftover stuffing from my hog maw fatty experiment. Decided to mix it with some leftover loose country sausage and stuff it in some natural casings. The sausage was just a generic country seasoning. I also mixed in some ground dark turkey for good measure. The potatoes and onions are already cooked, just hope they dont get too mushy when cooked. I did a patty test and the flavor was good, but a bit on the bland side. I should've added in some more seasoning to cover the ground turkey. Leaves it open to have the sausage with a flavorful side or incorporate it into a flavorful caserole.
