As I was enjoying some leftover lasagna, it occurred to me that this might make an interesting dish in a smoker.  Has anyone tried smoking casserole type dishes like a lasagna?

there have been things smoked that most could never imagine. lasagna ,mac and cheese, green beans , brussle sprouts . Even popcorn and cheeto's. Go for it.

I think I'll try some of the pork shots later today, who knows, I might have to rustle up a small lasagna sometime in the near future.

I'm sure it would be good, but like Solar said it will really absorb a lot of smoke, so you need to keep the smoke really light.
