I was looking at the newer pellet cookers at Academy Sports yesterday and man did they have some cool gear!
Sadly all of the nicer cookers came with stratospheric prices, sooo I'm wishing my vintage CampChef had an upper cook grate.
Any tips on something I can use other than a flimsy cooling rack to get farther away from the "grease tray"?
I call it the easy bake oven tray.

A few years back, I bought the jerky racks. I do almost all my cooks on the large bottom rack.

Any cheap grill rack from a hardware store held up by foil wrapped bricks. Depends on your budget, those jerky racks look like a nice solution too.

VERY nice gear!
A bit more money than i was hoping to spend though.
I'm leaning more now to adding some legs to one of my wife's bread cooling racks..

Yup, a few stainless steal bolts and washers and you have legs! The brick idea is great for quick use and won't make your wife mad for taking her baking rack.

Have to check dimensions but here's another option with 3 sizes available.
And on sale now but still $$$
